This hasn't been updated for 3.1 yet, but its very nice IMO.
Heres the low down on it, you fill in ur stats, gear and any buffs you want, then u go to wow talent webpage thingy or what everon the website says, (my pref is the wow one) and spec the way you want to and then copy the link, and save it on the page, the page then saves to specific cache for ur toon and your able to select which specs you wanna test, it then pops up a graph showing your dps with a calculated number mine usualy shows around 4-5k, plus it gives you some other options such as debug mode to see how all the data got figured, a rotation option to help ya tight'n up the moves to tweak out ur dps, and a few other options as well.
