These are the requirements to become a raider. (This iteration of the rules is in beta)
1. Signing up for raids 24 hours in advance (or decline if necessary) and showing up to the majority of CoL raids. You are either a Raider or you are NOT a raider. There is no in between. A. The 24 hour rule only applies to regularly scheduled raids. 2. ALWAYS having all reagents, flasks (2), food (10), poisons, (rogue), ammo (All classes with ranged slot), etc, AND always being repaired. A. This check is performed at the beginning of a raid
3. There will be a minimum DPS check performed on a target dummy for every single dps. The amount shall currently be 80% of your spreadsheet dps. This number WILL change when I decide hard numbers. A. This test will be performed in a fully buffed raid WITHOUT a flask
4. Raid invites begin 15-20 minutes before raid. At 10 minutes prior to raid you will be replaced for someone who is more prepared. Only exceptions will be to people who notify the person who created the guild event in advance, and will not be more than 30 minutes late. Ideally pulls start at the scheduled raid time. This isn’t attainable EVERY time, but it WILL happen nearly every time. If you are constantly late you will be demoted back to knight.
5. If you have a computer that gets less than 20 fps in a raid, you are eligible to be raider, but you may be passed over for someone who doesn’t lag.
