I am not sure about themes but what i would like to see it a rank for consistant raiders and then those that tend to turn up every so often. Have your normal "raider" and then maybe "heroic raider"? for those that are there everyweek. Maybe even have a loot preferance towards the "heroic raider" for tier gear.
