I would LOVE to get an answer about what loot system we're using more than any of you. As for the wiping, I've been talking to one of my friends about how far his guild has made it into Ulduar. They skipped ignis and he's told me after him the other bosses are pretty much easy mode. I know in Chad's 10 man we got pretty close to downing ignis so if we can bring back that effort and kill him I don't see any reason we couldn't clear MOST of Ulduar.
